PICNIC FAQs
How far in advance do I need to book?
We require a 72-hour notice to get your picnic prepared. Please call us if you would like to book a picnic within the 72-hour required notification window. Ask us about creating a custom theme!
What’s included with my picnic?
Your package depends on the experience you book, but all of our picnics include comfy set-up for each picnicker. Check out our Picnics page for details.
What food options do I have?
All food is sourced from local businesses when included as an add-on in your booking. We’re happy to try to accommodate any special requests, just send us an email and we can chat more about it.
Do you offer refunds?
We do offer partial or full refunds.
We’re happy to reschedule your event with 72-hours notice.
After that, there is a 50% rescheduling fee to change your reservation if food or add-on services are included in your booking.
If your booking does not include food or add-on services, we can process a full refund up to 24 hours before your booking.
What if the weather is bad?
If we need to reschedule your picnic due to bad weather, we’re happy to arrange an alternate time for you and will call to discuss your options should the weather be less than ideal for a picnic.
Do you stay during my picnic?
We do not stay on site for the duration of your reservation time, however, if you need us during your event, you can call or text us and we will be there within minutes.
Can we leave whenever we want?
If you’d like to leave your picnic early, just let us know. Regardless, you are responsible for your picnic for the duration of your reservation time so be sure to monitor and stay by your event until one of our staff is there before you leave.
