Cancellation Policy
We do offer partial or full refunds. We’re happy to reschedule your event with 72-hours notice. After that, there is a 50% rescheduling fee to change your reservation if food or add-on services are included in your booking. If your booking does not include food or add-on services, we can process a full refund up to 24 hours before your booking. If we need to reschedule your picnic due to bad weather, we’re happy to arrange an alternate time for you and will call to discuss your options should the weather be less than ideal for a picnic.
